YES, I'M STLL ALIVE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Oh my goodness! Do you remember me? Well, if you don't, I'm Kylie and I'm a super lazy butt! I apologize so much for lack of posting. You see, Lizzie has had just unbearable amounts of schoolwork to catch up on, so the computer hasn't been really free for awhile. Plus, I like putting pretty little pictures in my posts, and Lizbug just hasn't had any time to take any new ones- until today! Not her best work, she was in a rush, but hey- I can post without it being so boring again! Yayyy!

The outfits that 'Nani and I are wearing, as well as the paddleboard set, were sent to us for free by Lizbug's friend, Georgia, who is known as FREEAmericanGirl on YouTube :) Lizzie made a video of her opening the stuff, you should go check it out! Thank you Georgia! We love and appreciate everything!!!

Speaking of YouTube, how do you guys like our new tutorials? Lizzie has so much fun making them, and she hopes that you enjoy them just as much! She recently gave away a doll-sized white iPad 2 to one random person who entered the giveaway, and that just so happened to be AmericangurlLanie! Congratulations!

Lizzie just got back from a speech competition. It was at her church. She placed 3rd, and received a gift card of $25, which will go towards her savings for Kanani's Shave Ice Stand. She thinks she has enough money- she'll probably tally up how much she has after I let her back on the computer. So much has been going on, and I really apologize about that! I'm going to try to post at least once a week from now on, although Lizbug's school work is priority!

This is probably such a boring blog post, so I'll spice it up with our video plans for the weekend:

1) Lizzie's SevenFabulousTeens video (She's Monday, you know!)

2) Kanani's Fishtail Hairstyle How-To

3) HOPEFULLY a music video on her personal channel, TubingLizzie! She's in love with a new song, and just HAS to music-video-ize it! ("music- video-ize?" Is that even a word?!)

4) Some sort of doll craft tutorial

Of course, she still has homework, so everything is depending on that! Well, enjoy the pictures! Also, please note: the exclamation mark button on our keyboard only works if you press it REALLY hard- so if we ever seem less enthusiastic than we should be about something, it's because this button has failed us! GIRR!!

Oh, and by the way, we heard back from Sarah's (stephenswodadancer's) boss at the Brass Armadillo about the webchat. It seems as though she's been so sick that she's been out of work for awhile! We all hope Sarah will feel better soon! We all love you, Sarah!

Well, time for night-nights! How should I end this post? Hmmm...I'll tell you some things to check out on YouTube to keep you busy:
1) LaniesNatureCollab & KananisAlohaCollab Auditions
2) LaughDreamCollab
3) Our new tutorials (if you haven't seen them already)

:) Good night! See you..er... whenever I can! :)

LIBERTY JANE??? *FAINTS*

Good golly! It's been such a busy weekend! Lizbug has been doing homework and sewing nonstop for the past 48 hours! Phew! That's why I didn't post last night. I was trying on a new outfit that she made for me! Yup, that's right! As in SEWING!!! You see, Lizzie's sewing machine broke a few months back, and was only repaired a month ago. But, poor Lizzie, she has been just too busy to set it up and get back on track with her sewing- until yesterday!

Lizzie probably has about 10 patterns from Liberty Jane Clothing, as well as the Design Academy handbook. She hopes to actually take the Design Academy course over the summer (she is just too busy now). So, she made a gathered sleeve tee (white fabric w/ skull and crossbones w/ heart shaped eyes and bows on their heads..er..skulls), and a scoop neck tank top (black fabric) to go over it. Both of these shirts were made from shirts that were a little too small for Lizzie now, and were both made from the T-Shirt Variations Pack pattern book by Liberty Jane Clothing.

We call the outfit "That's So Avril," because it is inspired by the singer Avril Lavigne. In these pictures, I'm wearing the handmade tops, along with a denim miniskirt (this was from Mia's collection in 2008, however Lizzie has a pattern for miniskirts, too), a Retro Cupcake necklace for 18" dolls (Lizzie made it, there are ones like it in her Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/4evragz), Marisol's beanie (we believe it came with her accessories in 2005), and the Black Gladiator Sandals we bought from Liberty Jane Clothing.

Bela's converse...
..or Gladiator Sandals

However, Lizzie thinks the black converse she got with Bella might've worked better for an Avril- inspired outfit. Although this outfit isn't for sale, Lizzie has decided to become a Liberty Jane Partner, so she will be selling doll clothing like this outfit on her Etsy in the future! What kind of outfits should she make? Which shoes do you prefer for this outfit (Gladiator or Converse)?? Let us know!

SUPER BIG PLAN, Such a Small Weekend...

Hiia everyone! Kylie here! I apologize for not blogging until 10:50 pm tonight. Or...have I been blogging this late? (long pause)

Anyways, it's Friday! So, as the saying goes, TGIF!! But, oh golly, Lizbug has SO much to do in just a matter of 2 days! Tomorrow, from 9am-12pm, she will be at her acting high school, as she leads into Tech Week for the upper class men's mainstage production. We wish we could tell you all about it, but we're afraid that might give away what high school Lizbug goes to (well for her acting course, anyways). So what is Tech Week? That's basically when the crew and cast work together, organizing stage directions and such. Boring? Yes. Hard work? Yes. But, hey every production needs it in order to be..well..a production of course!

Besides that, Lizzie has missed 3 days of school this week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday), so she has some homework to make up, but luckily, not a lot. Mostly because the Juniors had to take a standardized test, so the schedule for those days were different resulting is teachers being lazy. Lizzie didn't mind their laziness too much, but she really dislikes having to make up quizzes and tests...

On the bright side, she has finally decided to contact Sarah (yes, THE Sarah, STEPHENSWODADANCER SARAH). You're probably all like "HOW is she gonna do that? Sarah is like...FAMOUS!! And she hasn't been online much.."

Well, yes those things are very true, however, when Lizbug won her customized Bella Swan doll in the eBay auction back in October, Sarah sent various ways to contact her (yes, even her job's phone #)! Now, why would she do that??? Well, she wanted to interview Lizzie over their webcams, of course! Lizzie had contacted Sarah about this awhile ago, but with everything that poor Sarah's been through (her grandmother's death, and kidney stones), Liz doesn't blame her for taking the time off.

She just wants to let Sarah know that through all the drama people are causing, she still is her #1 fan, and that there will be no pressure on doing the live video chat, but that she hopes it will eventually happen one day.

Wow it's 11:03! I call that SPEED BLOGGING!! You're probably wondering why my thoughts weren't interjecting during this post...it's because they fell asleep- they were just so exhausted from annoying me so much! Well, time for bed! Talleyhoo!

Dollie Do's & Fancy Shoes!

Aloha, everyone! So, you're probably wondering why I freaked out last night, correct? No duh, Kylie. THOUGHTS, DON'T EVEN START WITH ME. Fine, we'll back off.  For real? Honest and for true. Well we'll see how long that lasts....Now, where was I...oh yes! My freak out! Well, if you'd like to know (which I'm assuming you would), Samster (better known as "Samantha") walked out of the bathroom last night with a full head of bouncy, shiny beautiful curls! We were all SO surprised!
You see, Lizbug gave her a Downy dunk, followed by a boiling water perm, because her hair was just so frizzy, and completely straight. Samster was her first doll, and she didn't really know how to care for doll hair at the time. She had steamed Samster's hair before, which, I admit, did help a little, but I mean, WOW. The Downy did WONDERS to her hair! After Lizzie rinsed it all out, she rolled Sam's hair into curlers, and poured boiling water over them (making sure the water didn't get on the wig). Then, she waited impatiently for a few hours, before she finally gave up and used the cool setting on a hair dryer to dry Sammie's hair. When the curlers came out, she was ASTONISHED!! Sam's locks were completely FRIZZ FREE, and BEAUTIFULLY BOUNCY!! She is like a brand new dollie all over again!

Although I love Samster's once again new 'do, I'm kinda gonna miss her old hair. It was a reminder of how much love Lizzie had given her as a child. Well, Lizzie can still remember it through pictures, videos, and the smell of orchids and rainfall that are buried in her sweet new curls (she had to mix 2 different types of Downy so she'd have enough, and they were both scented). Also, has anyone else SEEN our new Liberty Jane shoes?? Lizbug bought the Black Gladiator Sandals and the Brown Moccasins. We LOVE them! In fact, I'm wearing the moccasins right now! No you're not. UGH! You thoughts were doing SO WELL keeping to yourself for this post! What gives?! Look down. *Looks down at bare feet* What the...... JOSEFINA!! YOU ALREADY HAD YOUR TURN!! GIVE ME BACK MY MOCCASINS!!!

*TESTING* *TESTING* (Is This Thing On?) YUP IT'S ON!

Aloha, people of the net! If you can't already tell, I'm Kylie Akina. Do I sound familiar? You probably recognize my twin sister, Kanani. Only I call her Nanika (Nani for short). I love making up names for people. It's a part of me! I'm not a name-caller, or a bully. No way! I just love giving my buddies unique names that only I can call them, but my other sisters can't. You see, I have 17 other sisters, 18 including Nani, and, in total, there are currently 19 of us American Girl dollies (that's some tricky math, right?). Now, out of all 19 of us, you might be wondering, "Why does KYLIE get to be the blogger?" And, to tell you the truth, it's 'cuz I'm the most spontaneous and entertaining person on the face of the earth! Yeah, yeah, I'm a doll. I thought we went over that already. Oh, we didn't? I'm sorry, my fault... I'm still pretty new to blogging....

What were we talking about? Oh yes, my sisters. I have 18. Wait a minute. Kylie, you did NOT forget Lizzie did you? You can NOT have just told people you have 18 sisters. Darnit! Oh gosh, Lizzie! I love Lizzie!! She's our big sister. Or, if you prefer technical terms, she's our "owner." Lizbug (MY nickname for  her, DON'T TAKE IT or NO CUPCAKE FOR YOU. Oh, I didn't offer you one in the first place? Whoops...) Bah! My interjecting thoughts ALWAYS make me forget what I'm talking about! DARN YOU! Sorry, Kylie. It's okay. Just let me get through this ONE blog post? Pleaseee??? Fine, just for today. Thank you! Now, uhhh...oh, right! Lizbug! She has a channel on YouTube. It's called 4evragz. You should go check it out if you haven't. OR I WILL EAT YOU. UGH THOUGHTS I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU TO STOP INTERJECTING!!! Whoops, sorry. -_- Well, it's late at night. Time for bed. Don't worry, though, I'll be back here tomorrow (or whenever I can be). No you won't. UGH STOP IT! Geez, those guys are really acting up lately. Time to go to bed. Good ni- WHHOOAAHHH!! SAMSTER! What DID you do to your hair?!!!! (To be continued...)
